1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or making a reservation at Bellevue Chalets by Pushella, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a booking.
2. Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your stay. Full payment details will be communicated during the reservation process.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and the natural surroundings of Ambewela. Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
5. Liability
Bellevue Chalets by Pushella shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where required by applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
